Edwardian women's hairstyles

Post by Wynflaed »

Could anyone recommend a good online resource with instructions for doing Edwardian hairstyles? The other half and I are having a Victorian/Edwardian theme for our wedding and I'd love to do an authentic(ish) up 'do.' I've found lots of good pictures online, but nothing with a description of how to achieve the finished product.

This is the kind of thing I'm thinking of - not so keen on the pompadour look :D

Thanks for any recommendations!

There are some excellent video tutorials on you tube if you're looking for inspiration.

If you live near east yorkshire you could pop over and I'd help!

Unfortunately I live in Oxford, so east Yorks would be a bit of a long trip, but thanks for the offer :D

Will check out you tube - if I find anything particularly good I'll come back here and post the link(s). Cheers!
