Hi all, I've been asked by a client to put on various events next year at locations that require shelters to work from but are tarmac or concrete. If you have the ability to trade or demonstrate in this manner please let me know.
Yours,
Griff

http://www.griffinhistorical.com. A delicious decadent historical trifle. Thick performance jelly topped with lashings of imaginative creamy custard. You may also get a soggy event management sponge finger but it won't cost you hundreds and thousands.

hi matey, Jayne Milner the Wise Woman here, I have a 13x9 ft free standing tent - what kind of set up do you require, is it trading or demonstration, as I lecture on the History of Medicine and can fill the tent with stuff for the public to look at and stories to listen to......if your interested, give me a call
best wishes for the new year

Yes, me too...from Victorian, WW1 and WW2. We frequently work on hard standing sites.

Giddy Kipper has a free standing marquee that we can work out of - have worked on tarmac on several shows.
Selling hot food, drinks & if required we are licensed so can sell mulled wine, mead etc.

My trading tent is fine on hard standing, but would need to have weights to hold the guys if there was a strong breeze. Would anyone be able to provide the weights (as at Stockport where the stalls were weighted down)? Otherwise, maybe I should invest in some.

Have you considered plastic 25 litre water carriers?
