Only place I have found wasa JAS Townsend. They do both a large and a small one. They also do the sugar nippers

You can make your own, make a mould using waxed paper supported by something suitable conical, then damp down sugar just enough to be able to pack it in (you can use rosewater for fancy sugar if you like), ram it in really hard, then let it set, unwrap carefully and allow to dry. For the really rock solid version, damp the sugar down with a boiled sugar syrup

I recall a recipe which begins, "First, steal one traffic cone..." They do make wonderful moulds. We actually bought one to use being (a) honest and )b) not knowing what might have peed up against a stolen one, rats, students... Use an unrefined sugar if you can. It come sout brown but then miracles happen and it starts going white from the top as you leave it for a few months. Looks fantastic.

Or you could go to an Asian supermarket- mine was about £3.50 and looks great. Tastes good in hot chocolate too, if you chip a bit off.
