I'm afraid the chances of that are very low - English Heritage keep close control of media access at the event, and anyone wanting to film on anything more professional than a handycam will need permission from (read: will be required to make a payment to) EH otherwise they're likely to be escorted off the premises. Any group hosting such a person would be following them fairly closely, I suspect.

On the other hand, there's no harm in asking EH directly.

Write to EH at the SE regional office Dover with a clear outline of whats needed, how many hours on site and most importantly, how many people will be in the crew. They will then pass this on to their locations agency to negotiate any agreement or costs. If its non-broadcast there isn't usually any costs involved but they will need to have put all their ducks in a row with RA, insurance etc.
