The Minstrels' Court will be taking place on Saturday 15th June in Chester. It's a very friendly and fun event and we believe it to be Britain's biggest gathering of medieval musicians. Details are in the events section viewforum.php?f=25
If you enjoy medieval or Renaissance music it's well worth making the trip. And if you are a musician and would like to come to join the procession and gain your licence you are most welcome! This year the procession tune will be Dum Pater Familias from the Codex Calixtinus, dots and sound files are available via the Bagpipe Society website about halfway down this page... http://www.bagpipesociety.org.uk/blowout-2013/
Hope to meet some more fellow musitioners there!
