Does anyone have or know where to find a good, easy to follow shirt pattern for 15C?

Good info and scale pattern can be found in The Medieval Tailors Assistant. Sarah Thursfield, a book worth having on the shelf if you're into the period and enjoy making.
Alternatively, I'm sure Petty Chapman has 'A handbook of Medieval Women's dress'. He doesn't cite sources or makeup instructions, but he does give a cutting diagram [no scale].
finally, I'm certain I saw someone selling kits at TORM in October last. It may have been quartermasterie, so worth checking out.

There is a basic pattern in my Making Medieval Underwear booklet, all the linens you might need for £1.75

Sally's book is excellent. Simple to follow with good illustrations; I recommend it heartily.

Me too. (She's written other books too!)

I've made the one from the tailor's assistant for a couple of people who are totally different shapes and sizes and it's always worked
