Stuart's Fabrics @ Leicester City Market is quite good. Got a lot of stuff and is popular with Leicester reenactors. No website though!

I've used laxey woollen mills quite a bit. not the cheapest but fantastic quality and fast service. cheaper than many tweed mills though
