try www.gocb.co.uk
I've found him very helpful and he may have what you're looking for even if it's not on his website so it's worth emailing him to ask.

Speak to Anwar Ali of Herts Specialist Fabrics (a quick find on google). He does most of the big markets/events and specialises in Dark Ages / " earliest medieval" period fabrics and weaves , holding unbleached linen canvas in stock, usually.

Whaleys of Bradford have canvas in a variety of weights, some is 2.74m wide.
Have used this to make tents, it is good quality and they are helpful, we bought a roll at one point and had a bit extra on it for free

Can't remember whether I used the 12 oz or 9 oz, but it is good stuff.
