I want to buy a Victorian blouse for a school Christmas performance, so don't want to spend a fortune, but want to look fairly authentic. So far I've drawn a complete blank other than stuff from the States. Can anyone point me in the right direction - it's easier to find medieval stuff.......

Have you tried anywhere like Laura Ashley - they used to have things like that. Not authentic, but adaptable, and not too expensive.

When you say a Victorian blouse - do you mean an 1890's blouse with a high neck and long sleeves or a Victorian bodice that used to come with a matching skirt?

I can probably help you with both, whether you want a reproduction or original. Email or pm me with your location, size and a description of what you are looking for. If you can email me a pic of the sort of thing you want, so much the better.
