Lots of you will read this but I had never come across it before and thought I'd mention it. Henry VI by Betram Wolfe ISBN 030008926. Brilliant intellectual read and very well refernced. Comes to the conclusion that the idea that Henry VI was a saintly fool who was at the mercy of evil council is a myht and that he played a major part (at least up until 1453) in the B***cks up that led to his eventual downful. Everything else is wicked Tudor propaganda. Read it and argue with him. I don't want to get invilved (and they're all dead anyway fellas.) I am reading the comanion book about Edward Iv at the moment and will feedback about that in a week or two I guess.
Youse seem a nice wee thing so I'm going to break this to you gently. You know the Tudors, well they're all dead. Sorry but it happened a long time ago and I don't think they felt it coming.
