The Kyrie elesion is one of the oldest (perhaps the oldest truely Xian) Christian chants and is still used in Catholic/Orthodox and Anglican/Lutherean churches.
This uses the proper settings from the medieval Sarum rite and various Franco-Burgundian sqaues to the ordinary setting. (Proper is the term used to denote settings linked to a particular festival or time in the church calender.) Very relaxing, and being sung by lay clerks spiritual as well.
