Anyone bored this afternoon might want to check this one out - Peter O Toole, Richard Burton and John Gielgud, should be good.

I watched when it was on BBC4 earlier in the year. Very good despite the scene in which Becket introduces forks to the court. Rather anachronistic for the 12th century :?:

Some of the kit was wwwaaaayyyyyy too late, but a good film otherwise, and with Peter O'Toole as Henry II, leads nicely into 'The Lion in Winter'.

Have made a mental note to get a copy on DVD
