Hi Diane,

Had my pitch letter, many thanks, but there was no car pass in the envelope. Sorry to be a pain.....

Hi Hamster,
We (House of Freyja) got our pitch letter, thank you.
However, there was no stamp on the envelope and the post office charged us £1.50 for the privilege of collecting it.

yes but some dont bother so have to put on what ive got they dont always stick very well

top of inviteEnclose a SAE/post card if you require confirmation your application has been received also a SAE A4 incl £1 postage for your confirmation of attendance without this we can not reply.

bottom Don’t forget SAE A4 incl £1 postage for your confirmation of attendance
also paperwork you send back

The sooner we receive your application, the more likely you are to be accepted for a pitch. However, all applications, and pitch fees, must be returned by 2nd April 2013. We will contact you Via your SAE as soon as possible after this date to advise you if your application has been successful and your actual pitch position. Any unsuccessful applicants will have their cheques returned.
so sorry if you didnt send it or had to pay to collect it hopefuly will remember next year

Oops, sorry. Obviously not enough coffee taken into the system when filling in the form. Grovelling apologies.

Back from Tewkesbury and just wanted to thank everyone involved. The planning and layout was excellent and helpful, as were all the volunteers. Plenty of signs to lead the public to the event and Robert Hardy was a complete bonus. A well organised event and we are looking forward to next year. Cheers all round.
Elaine
(and next year, I'll remember the stamp addressed envelope)

Echoing the thanks for a happy and jolly event, warm and dry was taken a bit far, but you can't have everything... We had a smashing time, sold plenty, for which my bills are very grateful, and saw old and new friends.
We really liked the band on Saturday night, and all the family bought a little something on the market too.
A particular Thank you for being so helpful and understanding when we had both messed up and thought the other one had brought the paperwork, we promise not to do it again.

Thankyou to yourself and all concerned in the organisation.
Just a bit cooler next year please ;-)

Marcher Freemen had a really good time - on & off the field.
Big Cheers!
Andy.

I'd just like to say a general thank you to all those traders and re-enactors who kept me going with drinks and the occasional push during Saturday and Sunday. Pulling a bloody great cart for 11 hours on Saturday in temperatures of 29c was probably not the best idea i've ever had, but the drinks, encouragement and even applause at one point really made a difference. Thank you all, you are all comrades in arms (I was considerably hotter and more knackered than if i'd worn full plate, but a good trading weekend).

Hamster, we agree on lots of points there, but my lass and I love the Fairy folk stuff, particularly the clothes, so maybe if the current space ever gets full with authenty, we could have a new field set aside for our annual clothes buying treat?
