How many of you work with a bona fide contract, terms & conditions etc? Ones that you provide & not an event organiser that is.

I'm looking for a bit of discussion & advice at the end of it all.

I know that Tabulae have a contract pro-forma that we could use, but I never have. I think it's different if you are supplying goods i.e catering for an event that commits you to buying lots of stock up front - especially if that is perishable.
