LRP Fair thanks

Post by Paul Bavill »

Can I say a big thank you to all the traders from the forum that came along to the LRP fair over the weekend.

I hope you had a really great time and that we will see you again in the future.

It was a pleasure having you all there and I received many good comments from roleplayers about being able to find traders and goods that are usually outside the Live Roleplay scene.

Thanks a lot.

It was a fun event, always nice to revisit a 'scene'from our youth! (the weapons are way better now than the gaffa tape ones we used to have twenty years ago though)

Thanks Paul.

I had a ball as ever.

I have come to the conclusion that something in the construction of the LARP weapons gives off fumes that unhinge you slightly, but lovely people nevertheless.

It's probably related to whatever armour polish gives off, right?

Thanks Paul,

Daughter and friends came back with armfuls of gear, and grins from ear to ear. (Think their wallets were considerably lighter though  )

(and they brought back a bottle of mead for me too :D )
