Morrisons, the home of cheap and way too sweet for my liking mead produced a medival recipe book for St. George's day. written and sourced by Caroline Yeldham it can be found as a PDF. doc. at www.morrisons.

Tried Morrison's mead once out of curiosity (There's a branch opposite Caerphilly Castle). Ok but not a patch on the real stuff of course.
