Yorkshire Puddings

Postby Theotherone » Sun Dec 31, 2006 3:26 pm

How do I make my small yorksire puddings have a "hole" in them. I never had too much trouble with the big ones, but the kids like them little and I keep ending up with yorkshie cupcakes.

Because there would have to be three of them.

Make sure the dripping is smoking hot, put a small amount of batter in each cup which starts to set immediately then go round and add more mixture to each one - seems to work for me anyway....
