Lemons

I've got about 10 lemons left over from Christmas (had to buy a sackload when only one was needed) - any ideas for how to use them up?

Slice and freeze and use instead of icecubes in drinks. Or chop into chunks, salt and keep in the fridge to add to morrocan type recipes. Make lemonade, or Limoncello if you prefer alcofrolic drinks, lemon drizzle cake, chinese style lemon chicken, hot toddy, stick cloves in a couple and use to make the airing cupboard smell nice.

Lemon curd, stick slices/chunks in winter Pimms, ditto but add when making mulled wine, add to appropriate cocktails...

The use of herbal remedies, including the herb lemon, classified as Citrus limon, are popular as an alternative to standard Western allopathic medicine for a variety of problems, including nerve tonic, blood cleanser as well as used in the fight against cancer.
