How about Swedish oven pancake?

Fry bits of bacon and put in pan. Pour over pancake batter (c. 1.2 cups flour, 3.2 cups milk, 4 eggs - this serves four according to recipe). Bake in the middle of the oven (225 degrees) for 20-25 minutes. Serve with lingonberry jam (buy at nearest IKEA).

Bacon, egg and cheese pie.

Puff pastry to line a deep baking dish, shove in uncooked bacon, a few lightly beaten eggs, some lumps of cheese, maybe some onions, season it with black pepper. Add a puff pastry lid, seal it and bung it in an oven until cooked...about half an hour or so. You can eat it hot or leave it to cool.....brilliant for picnics.

Bored now....

You could do a meat pudding, but with the bacon bits instead of beef.

Can't beat a nice hunk of suet pudding :D mmmm... *drrols*

dehydrate them, then sprinkle 'em on anything that is in danger of being healthy... (salad, mashed potato, veggies, mac cheese etc etc)
