Elizabeth Rainbow's cookbook?

I was watching the Hairy Biker's cookery prog, and they had an item on marmalade.

And then the maker of said marmalade casually bought out a large 1600's manuscript cookbook!

Some fiddling with iPlayer subtitles bought me the name of the author, Elizabeth Rainbowe, who was the Bishop of Carlisle's Wife.

Googling then gave me:

Is this book well known, and/or available in reprint?

I checked Prospect Books (http://prospectbooks.co.uk/) who are the "usual suspects" when it comes to books on cookery - including their "Old Culinary Text project", but without success. They are the potential publishers of the long-awaited 12th century cookery book entitled Zinziber, which remains delayed due to unfortunate circumstances.

If anyone has produced a modern version of your text I can not find it, nor does there seem to be any reprint online.
