Now, was there any need for that?
I'm up and dressed, what more do you want?

I would also recommend kneading hard for 10 to 20 minutes and you just have to check it every 5 mins,

Re: Need help with Bread
I've got a Beehive bread oven that's now looking for a new home as it hasn't been used for years. There are photos of it in use on the Rent a Peasant website www.rentapeasant.co.uk. It's made wonderful bread, pies, biscuits etc.
Offers invited. I can deliver to Co. Durham, N. Yorks, Cumbria, Northumberland, at cost, but it's too heavy for me to lift into Land Rover, so muscle appreciated. Interest from further afield would have to collect.
