Looking for Elizabethans, 30-31 July, Stockport

Postby Mark Griffin » Tue Jul 19, 2016 7:33 am

I have a small event at the stunning Bramhall Hall in Stockport 30 & 31 July and am looking for some lower class helpers in a kitchen display area. Decent fee payable plus transport, camping on site, knowledge of late Tudor food a great help.

You'd be assisting in the kitchen display, chopping, fetching and carrying etc. We are not doing the usual cooking for a group, the day is split into different subjects so there will be a talk on bread/meat/pastries etc, then a slot to make and cook some to avoid the heading towards a huge pile of food we cant do anything with at 4ish. You'll be fed of course but apart from your clothes (and i can supply some stuff) everything else is supplied.
