Looks like it very nasty indeed
There’s a country in Europe where they treat their ex soldiers with pride no waits for medical treatment after injuries received during service, no amensia from the government. Cant for the life of me recall where it is but I know exactly where it is not.

Frog,

I recommend these books all published by Osprey:

Knight Templar (1120-1312)
Knight Hospitaller (1) (1100-1306)
Knights of Christ

They provide excellent illustrations and descriptions of the Military Orders kit at various times, and are also quite informative, if a little basic.

They retail for between £10-£15 and are readily available at Waterstones

The illustrator for the Knight Templar Osprey is a mate of mine and I still wouldn't say that the illustrations are good in it.

off the top of my head

Templars jousting and the coat of paltes being worn UNDER the hauberk

Now thats down to the author as they compsoe the plates.

To be honest I own it haven't really read it as I found it not very good

But Dr Timothy has and Iam looking forward to his questioning of the author in leeds later on this month
