Bayreuth 14/9- 15/9 - 2007 (18th century)

Postby tailordrews » Tue Sep 18, 2007 3:46 pm

:D
Long time since i posted last.
Went back from Germany where i spended 2 days in wonderfull sourroundings, joining german reenacters.
We had a danse soirée friday evening in the princess of preussias house, and a wonderfull picknick in the hermitage next day, followed by a wonderfull performance of Henry Purcels "King Arthur" with original instruments in the evening at the baroque theater build in early 18th century.
I am the little gentleman, wearing pale green suit with silver spangels and a grey wig. This was my latest suit i made.
Here is a link to the pictures, mind you the clickable ones are the original size!

That is nearly enough to make me reconsider "never doing posh"!

Rather than take orders off Todd..................

Join the 'Proper' Rough soldiery and get to SHOOT him!!
(When he actually dies that is)

Much more fun :D

But just to add agreement to Mr Booths original statement.
The Rough soldiers of LW are always ready to help.
(Think I'm safe saying that?)

Reddder's you need to watch not to wear, then you might notice you all wear the same. Unlike us rather stylish Jacobites (well some of us).
