Dutch Redcoats?

I picked up this link from al in the 36th.
It looks like a C18th Dutch drill.
Interesting but don't know what it actually says mind you.

Looks like the knob on Playmobil muskets so the soldiers can shoot with them :D

I'd point out that it is in fact the shoulder strap for his musket being held tight so it's flush to the gun

Because it's easier to operate a pump action with the strap out of the way. Obvious really. :roll:
