No's 1, 2 and 4 could all be to the same man.
No. 1 is a 1940 pattern Battle Dress (BD) blouse. Badged to the Royal Engineers, printed WW2 era cloth shoulder titles. Lieutenants (two) cloth pips on blue backing (correct for RE) to the epaulettes. Medal ribbons for the France and Germany Star, Defence Medal and British War Medal.
No.2 is the Service Dress (SD) jacket effectively for the same. WW2 era, RE flaming grenade collar badges, RE buttons, same medal ribbons but this time with General Service Medal ribbon added.
No. 4 is the greatcoat, probably for the same. WW2 era, only 2nd Lieutenants (single) pips this time, so possibly a little earlier. Red/blue shoulder flashes for the RE, RE buttons.
No.3 looks a little suspect to me - especially the badly tacked on insignia to a prestige unit. Possibly an original post-WW2 SD jacket that's been tarted up for some reason? Some bits look ok, others...
Edit - change that to very suspect - note several medal ribbons repeat themselves because extra rows have been tacked on above probably the lowest original one!
