Military Tourniquet

Postby Type16 » Wed Nov 02, 2011 3:52 pm

Hi, I have just been given this WW1 tourniquet. MOD arrow marked.

1 1/4" cotton webbing.
The chromed wind up tensioning device needs to be about 6" from the buckle. Excellent function even it was to become muddy.
It came in the tin box.

Great piece of kit. Smooth operation & more comfortable than the current SATS in use.

Archers have a way of making their point
Walk softly & carry a big (pointy) stick
