A question of fact: During WWII did Switzerland allow transport links (road, rail & air) between Germany & Italy?

The Axis powers did not need to ask. They had the 'direct' routes via the Brenner Pass and indirect routes via Saltzburg, Graz and Trieste
Swiss airspace was regularly abused by all sides in the war ignoring Swiss nuetrality.
