Mail skirts in museums

I got to wondering the other day are there any good examples of mail skirts in museums that anyone knows of? Even better, are there any reports on them?

I know of reports on shirts and standards and a bishops mantel and I've managed to get a good look at a couple of brayettes, but I can't think of any mail skirts that I've been able to look at details for.

Many thanks

Colin

have you searched for this subject on MyArmoury or ArmourArchive? there are several excellent mail threads on there and is often the way, the US market is much stronger on research and spreading info.

There, helpful and contentious all in one pithy sentence!

I thought that I had, but I'll have to try again. Thank you for the pointer.
