INFO FOR THE TECHIE CHAPS

Just done a post @ 10.45 today ...... messaged now logged on the system as 11.45 so you need to have a look at the data base clock.

The time is correct - the one hour discrepancy is because your user profile is set to BST. To change this, click your name in the top-right of the page, select User Control Panel, and then select Board Preferences and set the timezone to UTC+0000

The forum software doesn't track your location, so has no idea which timezone you are in. When summer time starts in March, you have to change it manually, or ignore the timestamps.
