it looks to me like you have rejoined with a different name, your new name is only connected to the posts made under that name but for your most recent post you have logged in on your original name which has 27 posts made

Sorry Cal not sure how best to contact you. Had our fingers burned by an event organizer and want to warn off other re-enactors. Can you please advize on the best way to do this and where to post such a warning? While I need to warn others I do want want to undermine this site or bring it into disrepute. Feel free to pm if you wish. Thanks
Re: READ ME - THIS FORUM FOR HELP WITH THE BOARDS
Hi everyone,
I am new to this forum (this is my first post) and I registered because I have always wanted to be a re-enactor.
I have seen the ads, but is there a section where it is appropriate to post a message to introduce myself and enquire if any group is looking for somebody with my kind of profile?
Many thanks!
Viola

Hi Viola.
Either post on the "Friends and Gossip" or post in the relevant period of re-enacting you are interested in.

I've posted twice, just trying to ease myself into the forum, and both have gone to the moderator and are still awaiting moderation.... how long should I expect this to take? There is no point me posting again until I know they are going to get moderated and show up in the relevant sub-forum. Cheers.

Hi there
I came across the following statement on a website about early Glasgow postcard publishers:
A full account of the history of the company by family member Peter Andrew Lyon may be found at homepages/Lyon/
I havent been able to find this page even by joining your forum and wonder if it would be possible to have access to it?
