N'ah I didn't which was a pity. But I got to handle the musket, bayonet and sabre.

Mmhm. Had to post this :p~~ Bayonet.. A guide at Hartlepool Maritime museum gave me a private show-type thing on firing a musket, cannon, flintlock and using a sabre. All for a GCSE Photography assignment. Needless to say I had fun. http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w108/cheragneer/bayonet_me.jpg

Yes, I'm working on a new costume. This one I've planned to be (if all goes to plan) *far* more accurate than the Napoleonic one I attempted. This time it's French Line Infantry, 1791 Field Officer, 2e Regiment. Now I have references and I'm pretty sure I can get patterns. One problem Wool irritates...

They're just riding boots really- I think the only think that's wrong about these is that the boots then weren't made left and right. -shrug- I need to dull them a little as well :)
