leather for sale

Having just retired from trading after twenty years I have a whole load of leather for sale that could be used by another trader who wants to move into this field. The leather is not suitable for shoe soles but just about everything else. Please PM me if interested.

Re: How are you finding trade ?

We had one good day and two bad ones. Friday was bad mainly because all the museums, schools, etc. were not there as they have suffered from budget cuts. We did go but spent very little (1 length of silk lacing from TJ & Miel, advance order for new Tudor Tailor book, couple of things from Suzi, pins at 6of1 (to pick up at TORM because I forgot to go back for them). We basically needed to see specific traders and also wanted to catch up with frie...

Holiday Inn,Leicester.
Managed to get a double room for £45 a night, all in, using one of those "last minute" type web sites.
Have to pay for overnight parking but what the hell. It's got a swimming pool, gym, free WiFi, and really comfy beds.

I always understood that the original "Trencher" was a thick slice of square baked bread that was used by gentry folk as a plate would be used today. The Trencher was used to hold the food as it was served and not eaten until, at the end of the meal, they were gathered together and handed ...

Martin, Don't complain - thank your good fortune. You work for yourself and can keep the hours you want. I often work all day and all night when have an idea in my head and don't stop til I have got a result or have reached a point where my brain stops. Then I can sleep - and sleep soundly. It works...

Guest,

It's only taste.
The rest is waste .....

To choose to write with words quite bright and long enough to couple,
Will only prove that, left to choose, our language can be supple.

Tod

Dave Brown......now there's a name from the past. I havn't seen him since he made our huge bedroom trunk out of 1 1/2" thick solid oak about fifteen years ago. It is one of the best bits of furniture we have.

Nice to see he is still in business though.
