Thats one of my favorite movies, I dont think there are 3 endings though, but there are 3 versions of the movie...even the 'uncut' version isnt complete as is missing 2 or 3 lines that are in the theatrical version. That is a cool picture. Hope the Stuart didnt need a new paint job. I have to say the best re-enactment I ever saw also was the only ww2 one I ever saw, at the last Kirby hall - truly amazing.

tempted by one of the bascinets on this site...some of the other stuff looks ok too, wondering what gauge steel they are using. Also imagine that customs charges will apply. Still, very tempted to make a couple of random purchases.

Thanks for the info. Prices arent too bad, not as expensive as medieval thankfully. Perhaps i'll look into joining up with the wermacht for next year, I'll check into the dates of the large events first see if they clash with tewkesbury/berkeley etc. thanks again for the pricelist breakdown and link...

I found a very nice bundle of wermacht kit on ebay last week, full kit, tunic, boots, helmet, belt, panzer grenadier smock etc, but it looks like it got removed by ebay or otherwise withdrawn. not sure why ebay would have removed it, there were no Nazi symbols etc. Not entirely sure I would go over ...
