It's a shame. A you say, a vicious circle. Thing is, its a bloody popular market. Saturday was crazy busy for us. Didn't stop till well into the afternoon. Sunday certainly wasn't too bad either. We always do very very well there. There were gaps and some usual suspects were notably absent unfortuna...

Regional Markets - Thank You
We've just experienced two of our busiest markets ever. The South East (Ashford) and South West (Stretcholt) markets were absolutely awesome. Whilst they weren't heated concrete halls, they were both very good sites with positive help/support from the owners. Ashford was cold, it was a cold weekend....

Tod/Griff - Absolutely, I couldn't agree more. The original question was posed after a number of my customers had made mutterings to the point questioned. Running a society myself, I know how difficult it can be to change bad habits. Griff - that crappy plastic coated leather is one of my pet hates :(

Re: looking for a group to join in Lancashire
How 'Post 1700' or close to? I ask as there is a good Rev War presence in the area. Both the 47th (Lancashire) and 22nd (Cheshire) event and recruit in the area. I'm QM for the 47th if you'd like any additional info. I'm also Chairman of Lace Wars if the Mid C18th takes your fancy? Lace Wars special...

Re: Late/non-payments
Small claims can be done online as mentioned above.
It's a fairly painless process to be honest.
We had to use it a short while ago when a trader tried to fleece us.
The online link settled it to our satisfaction.

I'd be inclined to say they've labelled it 100 years too early.
The hat is erring on Regency styling so this would fit. Hopefully one of the many milliners on here will be able to assist better?

When do you need it for buddy?
SJ can make the kit and we have the correct patterns. It would all depend on timing as she does have quite a long waiting list.
Feel free to drop me a PM or mail.

I'm thinking Posties/messengers bag or similar. (Civilian or Military)
Definitely NOT a Cartridge pouch.
Really not sure about that 1820 date.

Quite often cheaper than other mainstream suppliers too.
Worth a look if you're stuck.
