the back on the oposite edge and get the sleeve out between them. Because you've doubled the fabric, you've got 2 of everything cut out in one! :D

Not sure at what level people would have work these would a Butler or Steward worn these around town? I gather they were for upper echelons of a household but am finding little evidence to support this?
