A little thank you....

After 2 and a half years of working like a mad dog with a day job and a business I have finally managed to jack the day job down to part time.

So... all of you people who have traded at the LRP Fair, and all of you who might have been to it...

THANK YOU!!!

You made this happen :D

Are you (anyone of your group) a GNAS Leader? If so I thought you were automatically covered under the Leader scheme for things like Have-A-Go. Must go and read small print... We tried that.... apparently all the money would have to go to the group. This is fine if we're doing it as part of a reena...

Archery Insurance

Basically... anyone recommend any insurers that can cover Have-A-Go Archery?

We'd tried GNAS however they will only cover non-commercial ventures.

Any ideas?

Hi Sally,

It depends on the level of luxury you're looking for. The site is safe enough for sleeping in the van as it is patrolled throughout the night, however it is Barnsley in late February and therefore damn cold.

Emma, I've got a fair list of costumers on the trader list for the LRP Kit Fair, most of them have web sites. I've listed the likely ones below as I recall they had similar garments in stock at the last Kit Fair: Historical Costume Company - http://www.thehcc.co.uk Cloak'd and Dagger'd - http://www....

Elsecar Wartime Weekend

Elsecar Wartime Weekend is going ahead on 17th and 18th September. We could do with some British forces to swell the ranks, otherwise the Americans will end up taking all the credit for the battle... and we can't have that can we?

Brit groups who are free please let me know numbers, rates etc...
